New Single Cell Sequencing instruments from Mission Bio available to use free of charge
Expanding our single-cell offerings, users can now access Mission Bio's technologi at the NSC Ullevål node. The Tapestri instrument enables targeted re-sequencing of single cells, such as detection of SNPs and CNVs at the single-cell level. Applications include characterising tumour heterogeneity , checking off-target hits in genome-editing, or measuring levels of mosaicism. Single-cell DNA methylation analysis is in development. These capabilities can be combined with oligo-tagged antibodies to detect the co-expression of proteins with SNPs / CNVs (single-cell multi-omics). The machine is available for use free of charge, as long as you perform the sequencing with us afterwards! For more information, see https://missionbio.com/, and contact us on email@example.com for an introduction and to reserve the machine.
After the digital PacBio Day in 2021, we are happy to announce that this year we plan for in-person event in the campus! We will also expand it to a full-day event and include human research.
Stay tuned for more information and registration later this summer!
The NSC will close over summer. Deadline for submissions is 3 pm on Thursday 30th June. Projects queued before this deadline will still be processed over summer, but longer turnaround times should be expected. We reopen again from Monday 1st August.
