Mission Bio Tapestri instrument available!

New Single Cell Sequencing instruments from Mission Bio available to use free of charge

Expanding our single-cell offerings, users can now access Mission Bio's technologi at the NSC Ullevål node. The Tapestri instrument enables targeted re-sequencing of single cells, such as detection of SNPs and CNVs at the single-cell level. Applications include characterising tumour heterogeneity , checking off-target hits in genome-editing, or measuring levels of mosaicism. Single-cell DNA methylation analysis is in development. These capabilities can be combined with oligo-tagged antibodies to detect the co-expression of proteins with SNPs / CNVs (single-cell multi-omics). The machine is available for use free of charge, as long as you perform the sequencing with us afterwards! For more information, see https://missionbio.com/, and contact us on post@sequencing.uio.no for an introduction and to reserve the machine.
