DNA/RNA extraction
We do not offer extraction services, but can put you in touch with partners who can assist - e.g. SINTEF / Qiagen. We expect to partner with an in-house extraction service from human blood from early 2027.
Library preparation
We offer a variety of library preparation options (from RNA, DNA, small(micro)RNA and 16S DNA). For prep details, see tabs in the leftside menu.
Short read (Illumina) Sequencing
We offer sequencing services on Illumina`s Novaseq X, NextSeq 500, MiSeq i100 & MiSeq instruments. For an overview and comparison of the properties of the different machines find more details here.
