ONT output:
ONT produces pod5 files which are then converted to fastq files (or unmapped bam on request) using dorado. In case of multiple samples in the same run, the data will be demultiplexed based on the barcode used during library prep. You will receive fastq files from us. In case you need the pod5 files, do let us know.
In case you choose to have the modifications sequenced, this will be available in the unmapped bam files.
Bioinformatic services:
We also offer bioinformatic services such as mapping and counting with DNA sequencing on ONT against a small service fee.
Most pipelines developed by ONT under EPI2ME can be availed under this service (Link to EPI2ME pipelines)
In case you want to use pipelines developed by nf-co.re (Link to nf-core pipelines) or published pipelines available via github, do get in touch with us.
Pod5/unmapped bam/fastq files and the analysed data will be stored for a period of 2 months from the date of the delivery mail, after which they will be deleted. Associated run data will be deleted soon after the data is delivered.
